Restaurant work comes easy to Bear, as he has been working in one since immigrating to the United States. From dishwasher and bus-boy all the way to lead kitchen chef, Bear worked his way up the totem pole. He even was part-owner of a restaurant in Paris, Illinois, for several years before relocating! Since 2001, Bear has sacrificed every minute of his life to our establishment, and it shows. From the homemade soups to the perfectly curated sides, including our homemade garlic mashed potatoes, Bear’s special touches are spread throughout our menu. You’ll never catch him without his mug, however! The only thing Bear loves more than working is having a cup of hot coffee in his hands.
